Hello my name is Michael I'm 14. I am part of a team going to Kathmandu in Nepal next year. I will be helping at school and will be teaching English. I want to be part of this journey to support a village that was devastated by an earthquake, in return I will have the opportunity to learn about their culture and way of life.

I have been through an application process to be part of the team, I am proud of my success. One of the conditions is that I work and find ways to raise the money needed for me to take part. I do not depend wholly on the charity of others but think that I may need some help. I need to raise £3000. I will also be selling old toys, clothes and other stuff I have collected , making crafts, accessories and a cake sale I will also be doing a 20 mile walk and more.
