Story

Hi. My name is Ashley and I'm 8 years old and i would like it very much if you could have a quick read of my cause and maybe donate a small amount to help me reach my goal.

Recently in school we made boxes for the homeless containing things they might need, food, clothing, toiletries etc and i felt very concerned about the homeless people in our area.

I asked my mum if there was anything i could do to help them a little and she suggested sponsorship.

After speaking to the Friends of Harold Park volunteer group they have allowed me to spend a few days litter picking and helping to weed and tidy the sensory garden in our local park

I am hoping to gain a littler sponsor money for doing this which will then be donated to the Bradford Curry Project, a charity that aims to provide the poor and homeless people of Bradford with a hot meal.

This is entirely my own idea and although i will have my mum with me, i will do the days work myself. I would really like to spend a day of my holidays helping other people even if it is just in a small way.

I hope you would kindly donate a small amount to help provide those less fortunate than me have food for a day.

Many thanks for reading my story.
