I've raised £500 to Fund medical treatment for Gareth James - to treat stage 4 colorectal cancer.

I'm doing another 100 mile ride on Sunday 3rd July so I thought I'd carry on fundraising to support my friend Gareth's cancer treatment. This ride is the Liverpool-Chester-Liverpool event 100 mile challenge. Thanks for all of your generous donations 🥰
Gareth is self funding medical treatment to fight stage 4 colorectal cancer.
He was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer (CRC) which had metastasised into his liver January 2021. The prognosis was dire and he was placed onto palliative chemotherapy having been told that he was inoperable. He embarked on his own self-funded journey of research into integrated cancer approaches, including dietary changes, supplementation, oncothermia, mistletoe therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), Exercise with Oxygen (EWOT), Intravenous Vitamin C (IVC) to enhance the efficacy of conventional chemotherapy.
These therapies, alongside chemotherapy and some surgery, have given Gareth a better prognosis than first thought, and he continues to access a range of treatments to support his health.
However, in order to have any hope of a cure for the cancer he will need to travel abroad to Europe to obtain the necessary intensity and aggressive intervention, and this will be self-funded.
If donations exceed the costs of treatment he will donate the monies to Nightingale House Hospice and bowel cancer charities.
