Story

A while ago I decided i wanted to cut my hair off not only because I thought it would look nice but because I wanted to donate it and raise money and awareness for people with cancer. At the age of 15 months my sister was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia and later passed away 1 month before her second birthday, I wanted to do this to raise awareness of cancer as most people don’t think about it until they experience the pain themselves or of those around them. Too many people are suffering from cancer every day and each donation helps to strengthen the research to find a cure and reduce deaths each year. Half of the money will be going to leukaemia society and the other half Francis house which is a place that helps the family of those with terminally ill children. Thankyou x
