I help provide for care at home for an elderly gentleman who has just had his 8th brain surgery to remove tumours after being diagnosed with sinus cancer. He has been left blind & with limited mobility. Himself & his wife have not really received much support from the authorities in anyway during their struggle & have had to buy a lot of equipment out of their own purse, even having to pay £20 an hour for a physiotherapist to come in to help with mobility. Living on a pension is not easy especially when you still have a mortgage to pay for. I'm asking for help so that his wife can make her husbands last year or 2 more comfortable without having to worry about finances.
