Hi, my name is Amy, i am hoping to raise at least 50k for my friend Michelle Leany who is a 31 year old mum of two (Macey (9) and Freddie (5)) and who is married to her childhood sweetheart John

Unfortunately in November 2015 she found a lump in her right breast. Biopsies showed she had aggressive breast cancer. She had surgery in January 2016 to remove all of her breast and lymph nodes and started gruelling chemotherapy.

The chemotherapy treatment was intense. It took a huge toll on her and her family but she finally finished this at the end of June. With the end in sight and only radiotherapy to go, she decided to throw a party to celebrate her kicking cancers butt!

Sadly her bad luck continued, halfway through Radiotherapy they learned that the cancer had returned in her lung and the opposite Axilla. On 1st September they were told the bad news that the cancer had spread and she was now a stage IV cancer patient.

Treatment in the U.K. Is very limited. There are lots of types of breast cancer and Michelles is triple negative, which means no hormones or proteins have helped develop her disease, which in turn means an anti hormone or other drugs will not help keep this under control.

There is a treatment available in the U.K. Called immunotherapy. It is used for skin cancer patients and has had excellent results. Currently the U.K. Is trialling immunotherapy for breast cancer patients, but the criteria is very strict and sadly Michelle didn't make the criteria and so her application was denied.

However, there is some hope. There is a cancer treatment centre in Germany called the Hallwang clinic that offer immunotherapy.

So we are asking from the bottom of our hearts if you can please donate.

Michelle can not loose her life, she can not leave her babies or make her husband a widow.
