At Michild, we are fundraising to support a very special child in our community, Jax. At just 2 years old, Jax is courageously battling a devastating relapse of stage 4 neuroblastoma, after first being diagnosed shortley after being born.

Following the success of our 'Jump for Jax' event on Tuesday, September 30th, we’re excited to announce two more fundraising events taking place on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th October.

Our next event, 'Go Crazy for Jax', kicks off on Wednesday when Tash from our Echo’s nursery will be braving the shave; shaving off all her hair to raise money for Jax.

After this, all our nurseries will be taking part in a Crazy Hair Day, where both staff and children are invited to come to nursery with their wildest, wackiest hairstyles in exchange for a small donation.
