Shireway Heart Starters was set up in jan to provide Emergency care in the community helping the Ambulance service being community Responder. During this lock down our team of volunteers have been out delivering prescriptions, we are also helping the elderly falls at home scheme24/7 we are doing door step checks on the vulnerable in our community. Our response car is manned by our opps manager and he is fully trained in first aid and life saving skills. the car carries a mobile Defibrillator should it be needed locally. .
