My mother sadly passed away suddenly on 25th August 2019 and I was hoping to raise funds, in order to facilitate a water well in a less fortunate country in memory of Mihriban Er.

Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) said: The best form of charity is giving someone water (to drink). Of all things in life, safe water is one of the most basic privileges we could ask for. Providing water in this way is a very good way of offering a Sadaqah Jariyah (continuous charity) as the donor can expect to reap Allah’s blessings for as long as the well supplies water.

The Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam said: "When a person dies, all his deeds come to an end except three: Sadaqah Jaariyah (Ongoing charity, eg. A Waqf or Endowment), Beneficial Knowledge (Which he left behind), or a righteous child who will pray for him."
