Story
On 24th June 2017 I will be part of a group who are taking on 'Total Warrior'
We have all enrolled on the Castleford Tigers Trust 'Give-Us-A-Try' weight management project and were asked to set a goal for the project - we chose this!
We train as a team and we are going to start and complete this event as a team.
A wide-ish range of age and fitness is covered by our group and I can honestly say that through this project my fitness levels are at their best for over 20 years.
Any money raised will be donated to the Castleford Tigers Community Trust to fund further projects which they deliver in and around the Castleford area.
