I've raised £3000 to help a variety of charities that helped Mike

On 30th December 2022, my dad Mike Stylianou died.
He had been suffering with Multiple Sclerosis for almost two decades, with the last decade of his life spent in a care home. We'd like to make a real difference to people in Mike's situation. MS is a cruel disease, and so we'd like to divide donations to the following charities:
- The Samson Centre, Guildford
The Samson Centre was set up for people with MS, by people with MS, providing essential services not available through the NHS and with no government funding. You don't need a referral and there is no catchment area. £300,000 a year is needed just to keep it going.
This is where Mike lived for the last ten years and it would be nice to put some money towards an item of remembrance or something that might improve the place for those living there.
The UK's leading charity to beat MS is raising money to grow the UK MS Register over the next five years. It's the world’s first register, for any condition, to combine information from people about their MS with clinical and NHS data. To stop MS, we need to understand MS.
My mum and I are asking those who knew him to donate here instead of sending flowers for his funeral.
We're asking those who didn't know him (but might know us!) to consider a donation for valuable help to families in similar circumstances.
