Mike lived in Eltham for over 30 years and loved being such a part of the community. Over the years he spent many happy hours enjoying Eltham Park with family and friends.

Eltham Park is a busy vibrant park at the heart of our community enjoyed by people of all ages - tennis/football / jogging or dog walking all take place.

There is currently no easily accessible defibrillator in the park.

We are now looking to raise funds to install a defibrillator in Eltham Park South in Mike’s name - he loved Eltham and all he ever wanted to do was serve the community. This will be a lasting legacy of Mike continuing to support the place and people he loved.

Although we firmly believe that defibrillator would not have saved Mike having one easily accessible in the park may save someone else.

Update: Thank you everyone, for all your incredible generosity so far. 2 defibrillators will be purchased using the donated funds and any additional money will be donated to the British Heart Foundation.
