Mike Lowe was a multiple award-winning regional press editor, who edited The Citizen, the Derby Telegraph and the Bristol Post during his forty year career and most recently editor for Cotswold Life magazine between 2006 and 2020.

Mike sadly passed away in July aged 68, he was much more than an editor. A family man, a friend and to the unsuspecting PR intern sending out their first email, a force to be reckoned with.

Mike’s wife, Helen suggested donating to a food bank instead of flowers, so here we are! The final amount will be split across six Cotswold Foodbanks - Cirencester, Stroud, Cheltenham, North Cotswold, Gloucester, Tewkesbury.

My hope is that this will be a wonderful tribute with a lasting effect to remember Mike by.
