Story
After a debilitating accident years ago, Michael was left paralysed.
Michael lives with his sole carer which is his mother who is now retired.
Unfortunately, Michael is suffering with medical issue's that need immediate medical attention!, and the health care system in South Africa can only help if he has the funds available. Unfortunately Michael doesn't get much income from his disability payments. This means that there is a possibility he could die from his illness.
Please can you help end Michaels suffering.
