I've raised £10000 to provide funds for local, childhood cancer related, charities.

Mitchie, is a 3 year old boy that was diagnosed with Medulloblastoma (a type of cancer that affects the brain and spine) in January 2017. Since then, his friends and family have all got together to raise money for Cancer Research UK, this idea snowballed and soon the whole village was wanting to get involved! We raised more money than we could have imagined and raised £25,000+ in the space of a few months.
Now it is August 2017 and Mitchie has fought through 10 hour brain surgery, 6 weeks of Radiotherapy and 4 months of Chemotherapy and come out the other side still smiling. Now we have decided to start up Mitchies very own charity "Miles for Mitchie" and share all the funds we raise between local, childhood cancer related, charities. Ward 84, Royal Manchester Childrens Hospital, The Brain Tumour Charity and Ronald McDonald House have all helped Mitchie and his family through their journey and have been chosen as charities we would like to help. But, other local and relevant charities will also be considered.
