On April 21st 2019 my Nephew Jordan John Routley was taken away from us in a tragic accident.When Jordan was a young boy we both shared a passion for fitness including long distance running.Jordan competed for his high school and country in Cross country. In honour of Jordan's memory we have decided to raise money to build a memorial bench as well as a few other things, and what better way to do it than doing what he loved and was passionate about 2 days before the anniversary of his death. On April 19th 2020 I will be running the Newport Marathon in memory of Jordan, so I am asking if people would like to sponsor me in order to raise money to build the bench. In total we would like to build 2 benches, 1 in beechwood park and 1 in pill harriers where Jordan spent most of his weekends, playing for the team he loved. We would also like to plant a tree in his memory in beechwood park and a memorial plaque near to where the accident took place.
