We are back volunteering during Birmingham Christmas Shelter Week this year and are looking for your support. Birmingham Christmas Shelter ask for support through donations of much-needed items to gift to guests, therefore we are using this page as a way to raise funds to support this incredible charity and purchase items such as toiletries and food vouchers. We appreciate Christmas is a very difficult time but any donation would go a very long way.

Birmingham Christmas Shelter opens its doors 24 hours a day during December so that up to 500 homeless and other lonely adults can enjoy Christmas week with people who care. People are given a free safe place to sleep out of the cold, entertainment, showers, and as much food and treats as possible to build them up to withstand the cold weeks ahead.

Funding Shelter Week 2023 is proving even more challenging than normal as a number of our regular sponsors and donors are not able to support us this year and we are therefore having to dig deep into our funds to purchase a lot more items and hire in equipment that would normally be donated or loaned to us.

- £10 to provide 1 cooked meal or Xmas gifts for 4 people

- £30 to hire 1 adult sized table and 6 chairs

- £50 to provide 1 Guest with a full day at Shelter and an overnight stay in a budget hotel
