On November 11, Millie and Maya will take part in the 5k Mo Run at Ashton Court, in Bristol. They'll be running to raise sponsorship for two great causes:

- The Movember Foundation, which is tackling some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention.

- Coventry Dynamite TNT's trip to Florida next April/May, to compete in the Cheerleading Summit, against teams from all over the world. Travel and accommodation is paid for by parents, but the team needs to hire training venues, buy training kit and cover other additional costs.
