I've raised £1000 to *Rspca donation T shirts to promote the take the lead *campaign *towards a new puppy 🤗

My pomeranian fur baby pippa was attacked by a bull mastiff on the 4/7/18 whilst we were walking back from the local shop in Chilwell around 7.55am and had almost reached our home. as we turned the corner on a bend the dog came towards us off its lead.it got hold of her and pinned her down she didn't stand a chance being so tiny.i was covered in blood and feces my dog was so terrified I was screaming and shaking so much I couldn't even manage to make a call the man responsible walked away and left me with her to die I haven't seen him since and he hasn't accepted any responsibility at all. a neighbour ran out with towels and took us to the pdsa. as you know animals have no justice in this world especially a dog on dog attack so justice hasn't been done sadly. the dangerous dogs act is extremely outdated and it is time change and I'll give it my best shot. this happens to often and in this case and proberbly millions of others this has ended in tragedy💔
Pippa was rushed to the local pdsa where she stayed until Saturday late afternoon. I had a call from them in the morning to say she was stable and perking up.by the afternoon her injuries were so severe they told me she had alot of dead tissue and muscle in her leg and chest area due to the punctures, wounds and the infection. they also told me she had developed a hole in her osphegus and advised me that she should be put to sleep.
In a desperate attempt to save her I got her referred to Pride pet hospital in Derby where they told me she was very poorly and even if they tried to save her it was very unlikely she'd survive the anesthesic. I made the heartbreaking decision to have her put to sleep on Saturday evening at 7.58pm.
I won't stop campaigning and I will try my very best to make a change. a facebook group has been set up in her memory - take the lead
Thankyou for all the ongoing love & and support much love
