I fell in love with Miqueas 6.8 orphanage in Honduras when I spent a year living and working there in 2013/14. I was astounded at how well thought out and individualised the organisation was to truly changing the lives of the children in their care.

Miqueas 6.8. is a Honduran orphanage run by the incredible Melody and Jacob who migrated to Honduras from the US. They work tirelessly managing the home and acting as parents to the 38 children in their care. They welcome the most vulnerable children of Honduras allowing them to escape the countries cycle of poverty and injustice.

The children are provided with a great education, food and clothing as well as the comfort of an incredibly loving, safe and nurturing home. Money is required in order to provide this life changing and amazing environment and any donation no matter how small would be greatly appreciated!

Donations will be spent on the day to day costs that allow the orphanage to continue its fantastic work: buying school uniforms, household supplies, paying school fees or staff wages...the list goes on!
