I want to thank you ALL for being so encouraging and supportive with this adventure! Thank you for your donations too!! I am happy to report that I did make it to Paris!! Though cold, the dry weather certainly help including some very special parents from 3PM! Once again, than you all for helping me achieve this goal! Covered over 65 miles taking the scenic route to Cambridge on Saturday. The ride was mostly cold but dry and everything was going really well until less than 10 miles away from the city centre. Everything that could go wrong, did. I hit some potholes, burst two inner tubes and a tire within the space of 5 minutes. The boys were true champions and a great help. We cycled very slow rest of the journey and we made it just in time for the 9pm train back to London. Next update will be from Newhaven port where I'll be getting the ferry to Dieppe, Fr.

Hi Everyone! Just a quick update on training and preparing for the London to Paris ride. Completed a reccie (route check/ risk assessment) ride today. Cycled 6 hours to Newhaven Harbour, where I'm due to take a ferry in just over 3 weeks time! I also want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has donated. It means a lot and I am sure every contribution will make a difference and truly enrich our curriculum! Thank you again!
