I will be running 21 kilometres (Grand Union Canal half marathon!) on 12th November to support my son in his ambition to go to Tanzania and help improve the lives of young children in Tanzania. Khian will help the Better Lives charity in various sustainable projects during his stay to bring fresh water into the villages or prepare land to allow the children to grow their own school crops which can be harvested year on year.
