Story

Why am i doing this.....well 7 years ago my beautiful daughter Dolly was born. That exciting day which any parent dreams of when you get to see and hold your baby for the first time. For me that day was the scariest day anyone can imagine, that excitement and butterflies soon became an emotional rollercoaster. Dolly was born 10 weeks premature due to an infection meaning dollys body was 75% infected when she was born, this caused damage to her developing brain leaving her with severe cerebral palsy. The special moment when you get to hold your little bundle of joy, was exchanged for sworms of doctors and nurses frantickly setting up medical equipment and resusitating your tiny helpless little baby in front of your very eyes. Dolly was incubated and put on an icu unit for 5 weeks. Sitting down in a room with a consultant and being told your daughter may not survive or may have severe brain damage is the worst nightmare any parent can possibly imagine. We prayed she would fight through. Being the little fighter which she still is today she beat all odds. As milestones were reached it was apparant dollys cerebral palsy was taking effect, the crawling, sitting up, walking etc were not met and the reality started to set in. We are so thankful to have her that we want to make her life as fullfilled as it possible, so a motorised wheelchair would give her that independence she truly deserves. Dolly is in many ways like any other 7 year old, she loves little mix, watching vlogs on youtube and anything pink and girly. Please can you help me on my journey to raise the money needed to make my little girls wish come true x
