I've raised £250 to to help Coventry Haven's refuge centre and other services as well as promote healthy and happy living!

Some of our amazing Warwick Mixed Hockey members have decided to take on a big challenge this summer; over the next three months each of us will be giving up, or taking up, something new every single day in support of our charity Coventry Haven.
Over the next year our club will be campaigning for positive relationships and promoting a life of well-being and supporting friends so that we can help work towards a future where nobody has to suffer domestic violence, forced marriage, FGM and honour based violence. In recognition of some of the sacrifices to make in these situations, we will either be learning to appreciate our luxuries by giving them up or appreciating the freedom we have by taking things up!
Abi Parsons is going to be crossing the channel (21 miles) over the course of the summer by doing swimming or running
Charlotte Ganney is running 15 kilometres every single week.
Emily Halcrow is taking up 10000 steps a day and giving up pizza.
Mary Francis is giving up chocolate and crisps and taking up 10000 steps a day.
Matt Lines is doing at least one hours worth of exercise every day and trying new ways of staying fit.
Natasha McFann is giving up alcohol, pizza and crisps.
and finally, Sara Mohn is taking up ballet and cheer style stretching every single day.
Please take your time to donate to - there will be updates throughout the summer to show we are sticking to it!
