I am undertaking a charity bike ride of 525 miles across Ireland from Mizen Head to Malin Head in support of a couple of small charities but very deserving causes - my plan is to raise £2,000 and split it 50/50 across these 2 charities:

East Lothian Special Needs Playscheme (SCO17097) - ELSNP provides full day playschemes during school holidays for East Lothian children aged 5-16 years with a wide range of special needs / disabilities. The Grace Dear Trust (Registered Charity 1175955) - The purpose of the charity is to raise awareness for young people in secondary schools, giving support to those who need it & preventing others suffering so long in silence.
