Weʼve raised £1,900 to Host the 2018 EuroHockey Indoor Club Champions Cup, Women in Scotland for the first time welcoming the top 8 teams from around Europe
- Dundee, United Kingdom
- Funded on Saturday, 3rd March 2018
Don't have time to donate right now?
We are an amateur club who encourage young people from all walks of life to take part in hockey. We have been awarded the honour of hosting the very top competition for women in Indoor Hockey in Europe. We will be welcoming 7 teams from throughout Europe along with our own Ladies team to take part in this prestigious event. The event will showcase the game of Hockey throughout Scotland and Europe to thousands of people via social media and streaming and will put Dundee firmly on the sporting venue map for hockey in the future. We will invite school kids to come along and watch the top players in Europe play and hopefully will encourage them to play hockey. We are asking all hockey players, current and past, all officials, supporters. friends and those just interested in sport generally to help fund part of the cost which could total as much as £26000. We are in the process of fundraising toward this total but really need your help. The money you donate would go toward the cost of hiring the entire Dundee International Sport Centre for four and a half days which could be as much as £10000. All donations of any size are very appreciated and I take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to read and hopefully donate to this event.
