Story

I'm walking 25km of the Thames Path Challenge on Saturday 10 September to raise funds for Working Chance a charity that supports women with convictions into employment and works with employers to promote inclusive hiring practices.

Women who have come into contact with criminal convictions face multiple barriers when they start looking for work, Working Chance helps them to overcome those barriers by offering practical support in terms of CV writing, interview skills and how to dislcose their convictions to prospective employers.

Since 2009 they've helped thousands of women to find employment and start transforming their futures. The funds I raise walking the Thames Path will help Working Chance to help more women on their own journeys towards brighter futures.
