In memory of our much loved dad, husband, Grandpa, uncle, brother and good friend to many, we are looking to commission a memorial at Horley Bowls Club. Rather than family and friends sending flowers on the day of the funeral Mo's wife and children are asking that maybe a small donation could instead be sent to Mo's Just Giving page.(Any additional funds raised will be put towards a bench to be located alongside the memorial).

As you may know dad passed away on February 7th 2018 following a complicated surgery in order to battle cancer, for which he had been recently diagnosed. Dad was a devoted husband to Ann for over 50 years and a big family man, taking pride in being able to spend time with his wife, 3 children and 8 grand children whenever the opportunity arose. Dad idolised his grandchildren and was keen to spend time with them whenever he could, often carrying out school or club runs and watching their sports or band recitals at every opportunity.

ALWAYS the first to volunteer his help to carry out that "odd job" for us (always carried out with dedicated precision, but sometimes containing the odd swear word or two!).

Dad loved a story, loved to talk, and took life in his stride wearing a smile and spreading laughter to whomever would listen - often getting home late with mum left wondering where on earth dad had got to!? (The 10 minute walk to get a paper often ran to 2 hours!)

Dad - you will be hugely missed, but forever in our hearts.
