Aim for Fund Raising : We are raising £25,000 to cover the legal costs to support Dr Mohammad Iqbal Adil Consultant Surgeon & Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of UK & Ireland to reinstate his licence to practice in UK .He was suspended by the GMC in a short hearing over Skype on 01/06/2020 for 12 months extended further for another 12 months on 26/05/2021 due to his video of Covid pandemic over the social media expressing his personal view points in early 2020 .

He had no clinical, ethical ,probity or patient care issue whatsoever . Mr Adil has 30 years of unblemished medical record while working for the NHS in UK since 1990. His lawyers have taken his case to the High Court for the justice .He needs your kind moral and financial support to win his justice .

STORY : During early quarter of year 2020 I expressed my personal viewpoints of Covid pandemic in my videos released over the social media against promoting unlicensed vaccination to the public without consent , mask mandate and lock down which resulted severe socioeconomic crisis to the public ,loss of small & medium sized businesses ,loss of economy , loss of education ,mental health issues ,loss of access for the health facilities for the public in the hospitals , preventable deaths of thousands of elderly people in the nursing homes ,and financial hardship .

Dismissal & Suspension Order :

I was dismissed by my Trust on 22/04/2020 without any notification ,charge sheet ,or disciplinary procedure followed by 12 months suspension by the General Medical Council with alleged online complaints by 4 anonymous members of the public on my videos of Covid pandemic over the social media .I had no clinical ,ethical ,patient related or any health issues whatsoever .My suspension order was further extended for 12 months on 26/05/2021 refereed to MPTS ( Medical Professional Tribunal ) for full hearing from 13/06/2022 until 01/07/2022 (12 months later).

On 11/01/2022 my suspension order was lifted by the GMC and converted into 14 conditions. I got a job in one of the hospital where GMC legal team personally approached and got my job terminated by pursing the Trust which clearly shows their malicious act and malafied intention to stop me working. During MPTS biased hearing recently from 13/06/22 until 29/06/22 ,GMC refused to produce their witnesses who had alleged complaints against me for their testimony .After 3 weeks hearing MPTS suspended my licence to practice once again for another 6 months which is totally discriminatory , unfair ,biased and unjustified .

Who: - I am fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in the UK and has been working in the NHS for 30 years. I have an exemplary track record in helping my patients and also teaching and training undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.

What I stands for: –I am making a stand for freedom of speech for all doctors and nurses and other health professionals to speak their truth without fear of recrimination or persecution.

What happened: - My licence to practice medicine was suspended after he expressed his point of view on the Covid-19 pandemic and the far-reaching effects of the lock down on the economy, public health and well being. My videos on social media in early 2020 were translated in various languages and have been appreciated by many thousands of people across the world in helping to reduce their stress and fear created by the mainstream media.

Since my suspension over 2.5 years I have been unable to adequately defend myself legally and have difficulties to earn my living in order to look after my family or to fund a legal team to achieve justice.

I have a wife and three dependent, teenager children in school , one of my son is at university.

I acted upon to provide support and to protect my patients with the best of my abilities , knowledge, and skills to discuss the new disease and it’s better outcome as it’s my duty as a health practitioner with 30 years of unblemished medical record in U.K., as a surgeon , researcher, teacher and trainer .

I believe in The Nuremberg Code which focuses on the human rights of research subjects, the Declaration of Helsinki which focuses on the obligations of physician-investigators to research subjects, and medical experimentation , funded by federal government on which our government is signatory too. I believe on tenants of the Hippocratic oath , “ First do no harm”.

I want to make it clear that I support everybody right to full bodily autonomy for any treatment or medical therapy which should not be carried out without informed consent of individual.

JUSTICE :My lawyers PJH law firm who had already won Dr Sam white case of similar nature has taken my case in the High Court for the Justice against the ruthless dictatorship of the regulator and medical establishment against discrimination and victimization for exercising Article 10 of the Human Right Act of European Convention.

How can I help : NHS is in severe crisis with millions of patients on the waiting lists due to closure of the health services during last 2 years and shortage of the qualified and experienced health professionals which is not in the best interest of the patients and public .I need your support to pressurize GMC government and medical establishment against the unjustified discrimination, unfair dismissal and unlawful ongoing suspension to restore my licence to practice. Secondly I need your financial support to contest my case in the High Court which costs heavily to pay court and lawyers fees, barristers fee and other expenses . In case we lost the case we will have to pay to the second party .
