Story
In early 2020, during the unprecedented COVID-19 lockdown, I was working as a Consultant General & Colorectal Surgeon at one of the largest NHS Trusts in the U.K. As health services—including elective and emergency care—were suddenly shut down, thousands of patients, including those with cancer, were left without treatment. Many tragically lost their lives as a result.
Most of them could have been alive today with timely treatment.
Many thousands elderly died in nursing and care homes due to neglect, fear and isolation.
This followed roll out of unlicensed , experimental mRNA vaccine injected into public without informed consent which caused countless casualties across the world.
My conscience as a doctor could not allow me to remain silent. In April-May 2020 I spoke publicly over the social media in couple of my videos to raise awareness, reduce fear and anxiety, and call for an open scientific debate to safeguard patient lives.
For this, the General Medical Council (GMC) suspended me in June ,2020, without a single clinical or ethical complaint against me. My suspension has continued since, leading to my erasure from the medical register, effectively ending my brilliant career.
For five years, from 2020-2025 , I have endured:
Loss of my medical licence, career, and livelihood
Severe financial hardship affecting my family and children’s education & wellbeing
Damage to my professional reputation despite decades of spotless services.
I exercised my right to free speech and duty of candour, protected under the European Convention on Human Rights (Articles 10 and 12), and Medical Ethics in defense of patient welfare. Yet, despite strong legal arguments, I lost my case in the High Court.
Now, my legal advisors believe I have a strong case in the Supreme Court for justice. However, after 5 years loss of job without income, I cannot meet the enormous legal costs on my own.
