Dr Mohammad Adil FRCS Ed UK.FRCSI suspended since 3.5 years in standing for the publioc in protecting Human Rights & Freedom of speech , and Medical Ethics by the Medical Regulator in UK.

He is standing against whole of the Injustices he suffered in the hands of GMC ( MPTS) along with glaring defects in the judgement of the 2 Appeal Courts which are open to the secruitiny by the Supreme Court. My Story : It was begining of 2020 when a wave of Covid -19 announced from Wuhan, China which engulfed the entire globe .It was an unprecedcented event in the history of mankind which caused serious blow to public welbeing, health, economy freedom and eduction of children .This created complete darkness, confusion ,stress and anxiety among public in the wilderness.

Covid pandemic was an assumption not born by the SCIENCE as time has revealed .Unprecedented lock down & serious restrictions imposed on public on 22/03/2020 with ,closure of health services for the public ,unnecessary face masking , social distancing ,use of sanitizers which proved to be useless in the airborne infections .Millions of patients especially cancer patients lost opportunity for their investigations & treatment which resulted unnecessary deaths of millions of people across the world .

Large number of people died of lock down ,FEAR, isolation,depression ,stress & anxiety especially the elderly ,underprivileged adults & children .Horrors of the deaths in the nursing & care homes would stay unforgettable.

There had not been any Robust scientific debate prior to imposing such a horrindous restrictions and lock down on the public.

Most reliance for diagnosing Covid-19 infected was made on faulty PCR test which proved to be 85-90 % false positive to incapacitate people .Because of its inaccuracy and high percentage of errors now it has been abandoned in the world.

Travel restrictions, collapse of businesses across the world caused serious financial hardship for people .Enormous fear was created of Covid -19 being most lethal virus which had never been isolated ,cultured ,re isolated and inoculated according to KOCH,S and RIVERS Criteria which caused serious confusion, uncertainty and stress among public.

Moreover in November 2020 unlicensed ,experimental vaccine rolled out by uk government with full indemnity and injected into people without informed consent and completing phase 3 trial and safety data. People were injected experimental vaccine without” INFORMED CONSENT”against the Medical Ethics , “First Do No Harm “ Hundreds of thousands of people died, paralysed and sustained sudden deaths, thrombosis, stropkes, paralysis, abortions, foetal deaths and dreadful cancers, leukemias etc as a result of untrialled mRNS vaccine .This has been proved worldwide by Thousands of evidenced based studies, publications and research .This was serious violation of the medical ethics, human rights and civil liberty.

I was unable to swallow misery of the public and went on to the social media to alleviate FEAR, stress and anxiety sustained by public created by the mainstream media and government agents and initiated a scientific debate to reach to the root cause. In March-April 2020 I released couple of videos over the social media appreciated by many thousands of people across the world and was life saver .

However this wasn't appreciated by the medical establishment ,NHS and Medical Regulator and I was suspended by the General Medical Council on 01/06/2020 for 12 months without any proper notification or charge sheet .I had no Clinical, Ethical ,anti social or any patient related complaint or Probity issues whatsoever.

After 12 months General Medical Council extended my suspension order for another 12 months without any justification and referred me to their FtP Directorate MPTS ( medical professional tribunal ) for hearing between 13/06/2022 until 01/07/2022 ( 3 weeks) .I attended MPTS hearing where GMC failed to prove its alleged case but the MPTS made biased decision in suspending me further for 6 months for the public safety until 29/12/2022 without any justification whjich has been extended for 17 months until today .

HIGH COURT HEARING : I had no choice except knocking the door of THE HIGH COURT for the Justice and UNFAIR dismissal & suspension .

Unfortunately my first My High Court Hearing by a single judge on 05/04/2023 and second one with 3 judges on 19/10/2023 were dismissed in favour of the GMC to protect the system which is totally unjustified and unfair.

Now I have knocked the highest court of the UK ,The Supreme Court ,against the MPTS unlawful, prolonged suspension and glaring defects in the judgements made by the two Appeal Courts.which have high merits for scruitiny by the SC.
