***URGENT APPEAL****

I hope and pray that you are in good health and in the best sprit of Eeman..May ALLAAHTAALAA grant us his pleasure and happiness and accept our ibaadah in the this blessed month of Ramadhaan..Aameen.

As you are aware that by the grace of Almighty Daarul Arqam Preston is one of the leading and growing education center in the city of Preston.

Alhamdulillah we provide main stream Maktab education to the younger children of the community and together with that hifdh classes for both boys and girls and Aalimah classes for the girls.

Alhamdulillah we have approximately 220 students currently studying in our institute with 16 teachers.We have recently purchased a property for the above purpose prior to this we were renting a place...

Purchase was for £425000.

From which £325000 was qardh hasanah i.e. Non interest loan which needs to be paid back to the people.Together with this the building requires much needed facilities.

I.e.1.we need Wudhu khana for boys and girls

2.heating system

3.windows are all single glazed.

4.there is No hot water facility.

5.separate toilet facilities is needed for boys and gilrs.

6.Treat all the damp walls.

7. Fix broken ceilings.

8.Enlarging the class rooms.

9.Fixing the roof.

10.carpets in each class...

11. All fire and safety work

12. Wiring of the whole building as the existing wiring is about 50+ years and it's out of date..

For this renovation we have the cheapest quotation of £250k.including material and labour...

In this blessed month we kindly ask you to help us raise these funds so the children of the community can study in a comfortable and safe environment.

We are not asking for much from yourself.

We are looking for 600 generous brothers like yourself to donate just £1000 at least if you can do more that will be gratly appreciated (Or what ever maximum you can inshaAllaah and this will get madrasah out of debt and all the needed facilities can be provided to the children...

i am sure no one wants to see their chiodren studing woth comfotable good facilities and thats what we want to give the children of the comunity.
