As part of Heineken's Race to the Castle event, I will be walking 50km over 2 days on 26th and 27th June to raise in support of Basics Food Bank in Lanarkshire. This organisation supports individuals and families in crisis with the provision of food parcels, toiletries and supermarket vouchers. Basics Food Bank helps to put food on the table, provide sanitary and personal care products and allows families the freedom to do their own food shop in local supermarkets. Through supporting local organisations such as Basics, we can ensure that everyone's basic needs are met :)
