Weʼre raising £1,000 to help raise funds for Mollys Gift a fundraising trust set up in honour of the wonderful Molly Webb.
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Mollys Gift is a fundraising trust set up in honour of Loughborough Foxes Vixens captain, Molly Webb, who sadly passed away on 6th January 2019, at just 25 years old.
The trust aims to provide funding opportunities for youth development in sport, particularly for disadvantaged children; something that was incredibly close to Molly’s heart.
Monies raised will allow local sports clubs, schools and other community projects, to apply for grants though the trust to fund activities, purchase equipment and facilities or to simply support and encourage youngsters from all walks of life into perusing their sporting talent.
Molly worked as a sports co-ordinator in primary schools and enjoyed coaching the Loughborough Foxes junior teams in her spare time. Her passion lay in encouraging children to take part and enjoy sport and would never allow ability or lack of opportunity to obstruct their progression.
Molly was a role model and inspiration to the children she worked with and this trust allows her legacy to live on.
Help us to help Molly keep her promise “to help everyone smile” 💙
