In October 2023, my beautiful and amazing friend Meg’s life was changed forever by a devastating car accident that tragically took her dad David’s life and left her with a serious brain injury.

Meg is one of the kindest, most vibrant people I know, and although her journey has been unimaginably tough, her spirit continues to shine through.

I'm running a half marathon to raise money to support Meg with disability-related needs, helping to fund more joyful experiences and moments of happiness to improve her quality of life — whether that's music therapy, sensory activities, or simply little things that make her smile.

Seaview Care home are only a small home with 20 beds so they rely on friends and family donations hence why I am raising money to help them provide for residents of the care home inc counselling and activities for residents trauma support.
