In November 2017 I was admitted to Glenbourne Psychiatric Unit with an episode of severe depression and anxiety. I was an inpatent for 18 days and received the most incredible care from a team of amazing mental health professionals. I am now well on the road to recovery thanks to Glenbourne and feel its now time to give something back. For my sins I will be running the Plymouth Half Marathon on the 20th May 2018.

All of the money raised will be donated directly to Glenbourne for them to decide its best use.

For everyone who knows me well knows how much I dislike running and therefore how much of a challenge a half marathon will be!! I am determined to complete this and doing it for Glenbourne will be the best motivation!! Please give generously :D Thanks for your support xoxo
