Story

Dear all

On 2nd of September I will walk across the new Quensferry crossing. This Queensferry Experience is unique as the new bridge will not have a pedestrian walkway so the only opportunity to walk across and see this new bridge on close hold. To make this worthwhile I will be using this event as a crowd-funding initiative to support two very small, but very important charities close to my heart.

My colleague and his family experienced a very tragic loss of their beautiful little girl and in memory of their precious little angel set up a charity to help others with funeral cost for bereaved families who has lost a child. I am so impressed with their strength to even in this tragic time wanting to bring kindness to others No one can prepare for such a tragic loss and the financial burden the last thing they need. http://harlows-helping-hand.org.uk

The other charity is Pregnancysicknesssupport which helps women who suffers from hyperemesis. One of my dearest friends suffered this twice and I was genuinely worried for her seeing her extreme suffering from this brutal sickness and at some point wasn't sure she would pull through or even deliver her amazing boys. There are still so much needed done to spread awareness and although treatment options slowly improving there are still so much work to do for coping strategies and awareness to ensure anyone suffering get the support they need from family and close ones as well as medical professionals. http://pregnancysicknessupport.org.uk

These are both very small charities and every penny does make a huge difference so appreciate any support you can give no matter how small or large. I will split the funds 50/50 between these charities.
