Celebrating 50 Years by Giving Back
In 2026, Montgomery Finlay Estate Agents proudly celebrates 50 years in business.
Founded in 1976, our firm has grown alongside the local community. For five decades, we have been trusted to help generations of families buy, sell, and rent their homes. That trust and support has allowed our business to thrive — and now, we want to give something meaningful back.
To mark our 50th anniversary, we are launching a year-long fundraising campaign to support five incredible local charities, all of which provide vital services within our community. Every pound raised will stay local and make a real difference to people who need it most.
The Charities We Are Supporting
Lakeland Home Start – Supporting families with young children through practical help.
Aisling Centre – Providing counselling, therapy and support for mental health recovery.
Women’s Aid Fermanagh – Supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse safely.
Cancer Connect Fermanagh – Connecting cancer patients and families with support and information.
RNLI – Saving lives at sea through volunteer lifeboat crews nationwide.
At the end of the 12-month campaign, all funds raised will be divided equally between the five charities.
How We’re Raising Funds
Throughout 2026, Montgomery Finlay will be actively fundraising in a number of ways:
£50 donated for every residential property listed
£50 donated for every rental property listed
In addition, we’ll be hosting and taking part in fundraising events, including:
A social media campaign highlighting and interviewing each charity
A charity golf day
A 50th anniversary charity awareness event

Transparency Statement
All donations made to this campaign will be held securely and distributed equally between the five named charities at the conclusion of the fundraising period.
Montgomery Finlay Estate Agents will not deduct any fees or expenses from donations received. 100% of funds raised, after standard JustGiving platform processing fees, will be paid directly to the charities listed on this page.
Funds will be distributed following the end of the campaign, and confirmation of payments will be shared publicly once completed.
