I have a portable mobility buggy but it is too heavy for me to get in and out of the car. All I want is to be free, to be independant and not have to arrange and involve my family to take me here and there because I cannot go alone. Impulsive outings cannot happen. It’s a lovely day, I long to get out and to have as normal a life as anyone but i look at my car in which my legs are stored and wondering how i can just “get up and go, go, go.....”. Im stuck, trapped and the key to the door is a hoist. Not a lot of money to some, but to me virtually unachievable. Please release me from my ‘cabin fever” help me to be free and impulsive and feel the wind on my face.
