In the wake of a devastating earthquake that struck the High Atlas region of Morocco, we are reaching out to you with a heartfelt appeal to join with us in making a difference. This natural disaster has left a trail of destruction, causing injuries, loss of lives, and rendering many families homeless. The affected areas are in dire need of our support, and together, we can provide them with a glimmer of hope.

Meet Abderrahim Haddouch - I met him in 2022 in Oukaimeden in the High Atlas and while he and his family have fortunately survived the earthquake, life is extremely hard for him and those in his village in the Ourika valley close to the epicentre. Abderrahim's own home is severely damaged and a short journey away the villages are near destroyed, and being from a poor background there are few means to improve the situation as emergency help is needed over such a wide area. We are working with Abderrahim and the local association in his village to provide some desperately needed funding to support them through this horrendous time.
