We’re raising £5,000 to keep Morrisso Health CIC running.

For 9 years, Morrisso Health has supported people across North Manchester to move more, feel better, and stay connected. Our sessions aren’t just exercise classes, they are safe spaces where people improve their physical health, build confidence, reduce isolation, and often get the support they can’t access anywhere else.

Every week, we welcome people referred from:

💛NHS services

💛GP surgeries

💛Physiotherapists

💛Mental health teams

💛Community organisations

People come to us with long-term health conditions, low confidence, loneliness, or simply nowhere else to go.

How we got here

Thanks to previous support from MCRactive, we’ve been able to build something really special, a trusted, community-led pathway where people can be referred into safe, supportive sessions that genuinely make a difference.

That investment didn’t just fund sessions, it helped create a model that works.

And because it works, the referrals haven’t stopped.

The demand hasn’t stopped.

The need is still growing.

Where we are now

As that funding has now come to an end, we’re at a crucial point.

We’re actively working towards a more sustainable future and exploring new partnerships and funding opportunities, but right now, we need support to keep this vital work going while we bridge that gap.
