One of my oldest and best friends has been denied fair access to see her son, wholly unfairly and without any reasoning.

My Friend has been heavily involved in her son's life and has essentially been his sole carer for many years whilst living with her Ex partner. The relationship broke down earlier this year and since this she has been denied regular contact with her son, despite no concerns over her care of him. Unfortunately, she was forced to leave the home, and with no permanent address she had to leave her son behind.

She is now working full time and has her own place, which has a room for her son. She has exhausted all options in borrowing money from family members, and has reached out to me for help with her court costs to enable her to see her son again. She does not qualify for Legal Aid as this is only available for victims of domestic violence.

Whilst supporting herself and saving money for her son, she is struggling financially and any donations that can be given to help we would both be eternally grateful for!
