With the UK's STEM skills and personnel shortage currently costing employers ~£1.5billion per year, and 56% of employers expecting this shortage to worsen over the next decade, Motivez is committed to strengthening and enhancing the talent pool in STEM-related professions, including ensuring equitable access to these opportunities for disadvantaged and underrepresented groups.

Motivez is a youth-led UK organisation founded in 2015 by three award-winning STEM professionals from South London. Their mission is to empower marginalised young people (ages 14–25) with personalised education and long-term STEM career opportunities. Over the past decade, Motivez has supported over 13,500 young people through grassroots projects, mentoring, coaching, and advocacy—reaching millions nationwide. Their work has earned recognition from the Royal Family, Sir Lewis Hamilton, Idris Elba, and Beyoncé.
