Weʼve raised £247 to help those affected by the recent Moulvibazar, Bangladesh flood
- Moulvibazar, Bangladesh
- Funded on Thursday, 18th October 2018
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
On a day that was supposed to be full of joy, the poorest of Moulvibazar had their houses drowned, possessions lost and life’s changed. Whilst we celebrated Eid,
In a recent heavy downpour from Tripura, India, there was a excessive flow of water coming into Moulvibazar through the Manu and Dhalai rivers. Due to the excessive flow, the barrages made for the citys protection have been broken and many people have been significantly affected by the flood.
This happened as the Holy month of Ramadan has come to an end, but please find it in your heart to continue donating to the poor and continuing to give Zakat to the people that are mostly in need.
