Every winter, children in Gaza die due to the horrendous conditions they have to live in.
Winter is fast approaching and the people of Gaza need your support. Gaza has one of the highest rates of poverty. The population of Gaza is now over 2 million and more than 70% of families are struggling to make ends meet. Many will struggle during the cold winter months and will find it hard to pay for their fuel for electricity. Electricity means being able to use a heater to keep the house warm, so the children, the elderly and sick can remain safe. It means being able to turn the lights on and not use candles which often cause fires resulting in fatal accidents.
Support our campaign which will help the poorest families in Gaza pay for their fuel costs and provide them with blankets this winter. The package costs 150 pounds to cover one family for three months.
We don’t have much time, the coldest period is from December till the end of February…Help us to keep Gaza warm this winter. Do not forget about them.
