Friends of Mirfield founder Martyn Connell has been keeping the grass at Knowle park cut for the last 2 years and started a community orchard. The orchard now has 35 fruit trees donated by local people and businesses.

Unfortunately Martyns ride on mower was recently stolen and is consequently struggling with the upkeep of the park and orchard area without it.

Please give what you can to help replace this mower and help Martyn continue with his good work for Mirfield
