I'm raising £5,000 for a community project aiming to transform the Churchtown Primary playground in memory of Alice Da Silva Augiur and Bebe King. We will be also sharing the total raised with the Elsie Dot Story Charitable Trust in the memory of the 3 angels lost during Summer 24’
The team from MPK9 have worked in Southport before, during and after the tragedy of summer 2024 and have seen how the community worked tirelessly to restore faith, humanity and love in the area once again.
Our intention is to raise as much money as possible with our team walking 48miles starting at midnight on the 17th May 2025. This is planned to take between 18 and 24 hours, non-stop covering all the venues our team have worked at since the events of the summer. This walk will start from Warrington Wolves, heading through the borough towards Haydock Park, onto the M and S bank arena in Liverpool, through to Aintree racecourse, heading back towards the coast to Marine Football Club and finishing off at Southport Football Club.
