I've raised £8000 to Help fund the amazing work that 12th Man do to raise awareness for Mens Mental Health by educating others.

A band of MR. Barbers and friends (over 30 of us) are to take on the incredible challenge of walking 100km on the Jurassic Coast in May 2024. We will also be joined by a group of walkers who will tackle the coast over a 50km distance. Be it 50 or 100km this is a wonderful but tough coastline for anyone to endure.
Therefore, we would like to raise funds for 12th Man - an amazing campaign that raising awareness of men’s mental health issues and empowers men to talk about mental health every day, supporting those who might be struggling to find the support they need. 12th Man and Mr Barbers have worked together to have MHFA trained staff in all our shops so they are safe spaces for our customers and colleagues to talk about mental health, find ways to talk about their own troubles, and support others in our communities who may be finding life a challenge.
As 12th Man say, we all have mental health, all day, every day, and we all need to play a role in supporting each other. That’s why we are taking on the Jurassic Coast challenge. We want to help 12th Man train many more people, so we are going to work together as a team and support each other through this challenge while raising funds to help others who might be facing challenges of their own.
