Story
Thanks to the fantastic generosity of the North London Skydiving Centre, myself and two friends have been given the chance to throw our bodies out of a flying piece of metal at an altitude of 13,000 feet.
Whilst this might seem like madness (because it is!) we are in fact raising money for a great cause- Diabetes UK.
A little more about our charitable cause:
Diabetes affects over 400 million people worldwide- 4 million of those in the UK. Diabetes UK are the largest charitable fundraisers for diabetes research in the country- as well as being a front-line service in treatment of sufferers. All three of us have close family members who suffer from this illness, and we thought this was a little opportunity to show our support for this tremendous organisation.
