Dear friends, family and supporters,

The staff at Joseph Locke Primary School are fundraising on behalf of a valued member of our school family, Mrs Wood. Her husband, Oliver, has been diagnosed with inoperable brain tumors.

We are reaching out with hopeful spirits to support Mrs Wood and her family during this extremely difficult time.

Oliver is not just a fighter, he is a devoted husband to Mrs Wood and a loving father to his two children, Jax and Cole, who are currently unaware of his predicament. We would like to help this courageous family in raising as much money as possible towards clinical trials which could help him in his battle against this disease as well as allowing the family to create precious memories together.

Together as a school family, we are going to be putting on our walking boots to climb Mam Tor in Castleton! The date is set for January 25th, 2025.
